WA Centre for Rural Health allied health students provided services to the communities of Mount Magnet, Cue and Yalgoo during April, May and June in 2026.
Supervised by WACRH allied health professionals, they worked across Aboriginal Medical Services, health centres, schools and community organisations.
Activities included vision assessments, oral health checks, nutrition, speech pathology and occupational therapy assessments.
We thank all of the services who have supported our students including Ramelius Resources, Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service, health centres, Mount Magnet District High School, Yalgoo Primary School, Cue Primary School, Shire of Yalgoo, Shire of Cue, and Geraldton Sporting Aboriginal Corporation.
